First we genuinely thank you for choosing to shop with Wigs For Every Woman. We work very hard to offer you the highest quality products. We truly appreciate each and every customer and order. It is out goal for you to have a pleasurable shopping experience with us. 
We encourage you to reach out to us with questions anytime to our customer service email at wigsforeverywoman@gmail.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for response. If you do not get a response please send your email again.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 
Once you place an order our responsibility is to ship it but we do not assume any liability or responsibility for the USPS, UPS or FED EX. 
We offer Route Package Protection and HIGHLY ADVISE adding this to an order upon checkout. 
Even if you file a claim with the postal service we cannot help you with this claim as they do not help us. 

We do not cancel, refund, return or exchange any orders except clothing bought at full price. You cannot return, exchange, refund, or cancel an order once it has been purchased. We do accept returns of unworn clothing items with tags intact for store credit within 5 days of verified receipt. Before returning your unworn clothing item please email customer service at wigsforeverywoman@gmail.com with your order # and items you wish to return. We will email you approval or denial or return.

Any items returned to Wigs For Every Woman without permission will be donated or disposed of. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping for unworn clothing items.

We only accept returns on Clothing items. No other items will be accepted. Clothing bought on sale or clearance and clothing purchased as part of a mystery bag are also not returnable. WIGS ARE FINAL SALE.  Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Credit codes are distributed to the email on your account.

ORDER ISSUES 

Upon receiving your order please check to make sure you have all of the items you ordered and that they are in good new quality. 

If you believe you have a missing or damaged item you have 7 days to reach out to us to notify us of this error or it cannot be dealt with. 

We cannot handle any issues outside of this window.

WIGS FOR EVERY WOMEN does not give refunds unless an item ordered is out of stock.  We do not issue refunds for any other reason. 

If you receive a damaged product we will ask for you to ship it back and we will issue you a store credit for what you paid for the product and the return shipping costs. 

WE DO NOT OFFFER ANY REFUNDS EVER ONLY STORE CREDIT. 

PLEASE NOTE: COLORS MAY APPEAR DIFFERENT ON A SCREEN VERSUS IN PERSON. Lighting is different indoor, outdoor and when viewing on a phone, computer or catalog. We name the same style wigs different names in the different colors to avoid color mistakes. 
There will be no switching of wigs after an order is placed. This causes confusion in the warehouse and with the shipping team. Before you place your order please make sure it is the wig you want. 

 

GIFT CARD SALES/POLICY

Gift cards will be fulfilled through e-gift card process. 

Purchaser will be given a code to use at checkout for gift card amount. 

Amount does not have to be used in one transaction. 

All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Once purchased they hold NO CASH VALUE. 

Gift Cards do not expire. 

 

When will I receive my order?

-All orders take 1-10 BUSINESS DAYS (weekends & holidays do not apply) to ship from our facility. The exact delivery depends on the post office. You will receive an email with the tracking info once the order ships. Please expect delays due to the holiday season and staff shortages. 

Are there exchanges on clothing items?

PLEASE ATTACH A NOTE INSIDE YOUR RETURN WITH YOUR NAME AND WHAT THE ISSUE IS TO EXPEDITE THE RETURNS PROCESS. THANKS! 

We do allow returns/exchanges on clothing items that are not final sale items. 

In the case that you need to return or exchange a regular priced item, we offer merchandise exchange or store credit only, no refunds. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, no makeup stains, no odors.

We do not accept returns on makeup, eyelashes, wig care products.  barrettes, swimsuits, undergarments, jewelry, or final sale items. 

 

ALL SALE OR SPECIAL PRICED ITEMS ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please do not return any sale items.

I didn't get my wig, the order says delivered. What can I do?

If an order is scanned as delivered to your address by the post office and you DID NOT choose to pay for Route Protection at checkout,  Wigs For Every Woman is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after being scanned delivered. You will have to contact your local post office or carrier. Also, please make sure to enter your correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible if the customer enters an incorrect mailing address. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

I changed my mind and don't want the wig, what can I do?

After an order is placed it cannot be cancelled even if the order has not shipped. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please make sure that you want the item that you are purchasing before you check out. 

We do not honor any exchanges or returns on any wig or wig products.

No exceptions.

Can you dye or color treat the wigs? 

None of our products can be dyed or color treated. Please advise that doing so could ruin your wig product. 

  

Why do I pay sales taxes?  

You may notice that many businesses are now collecting sales tax on your purchases, even if they did not before. Recent tax law changes across the country have changed tax requirements for online retailers. Many businesses are now required to collect sales tax in all states where they conduct business.

 As a result, Wigs For Every Woman collects retail sales tax as required by law in specific states. The requirements vary by state and are determined by the number of transactions (orders) placed in a state and / or a monetary threshold (dollar amount of sales). This process is referred to as establishing nexus.

 Once a retailer establishes nexus in a state, they are required by law to collect sales tax from the consumer and remit those funds to the respective states that taxes are collected. If you have purchased from a retailer before and not paid sales tax, and now are required to pay sales tax, it means that the retailer has reached nexus in that state and is now required to collect sales tax by law.

 From a retailer standpoint, collecting sales tax and remitting the funds to respective states is an expensive venture, creating excessive costs monthly and quarterly to facilitate this process; however, it is always our goal at Wigs For Every Woman to remain compliant, so this is something that we are not able to change.

 You may find that there are other online retailers that are not currently collecting sales tax. The reason for this is that they may not have met the threshold for collection requirements in certain states, or they are currently working toward this process to eventually be in compliance. There is no sales tax obligation for the retailer if it has not established nexus in a state.

 If you are concerned with or have questions regarding paying sales tax, we recommend that you reach out to your State Senator or Representative for additional information on how your state’s sales tax percentage is determined.
