Wigs For Every Woman
First we genuinly thank you for choosing to shop with Wigs For Every Woman. We work very hard to offer you the highest quality products. We truly appreciate each and every customer and order. It is out goal for you to have a pleasurable shopping experience and great customer service. 
We encourage you to reach out to us with questions anytime to our customer service line via phone or text at 518-775-7718. 
Please keep in mind that if your text is not answered within 24 hours or phone call not returned to please call us back or text again. 
There will be no switching of wigs after an order is placed. This causes confusion in the warehouse and with the shipping team. Before you place your order please make sure it is the wig you want. 

 

 

When will I receive my order?

-All orders take 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS (weekends & holidays do not apply) to ship from our facility. The exact delivery depends on the post office. You will receive an email with the tracking info once the order ships. Please expect delays due to COVID-19. 

Are there exchanges on clothing items?

PLEASE ATTACH A NOTE INSIDE YOUR RETURN WITH YOUR NAME AND WHAT THE ISSUE IS TO EXPEDITE THE RETURNS PROCESS. THANKS! 

We do allow returns/exchanges on clothing items that are not final sale items. 

In the case that you need to return or exchange a regular priced item, we offer merchandise exchange or store credit only, no refunds. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, no makeup stains, no odors.

We do not accept returns on wigs, barrettes, swimsuits, undergarments, jewelry, or final sale items. 

THE ITEM MUST BE RECEIVED at the address below within 10 CALENDAR days of the confirmed delivery date. Once we get the package back we will process and then issue an online credit voucher and email you the code. You will then use the code to purchase items that you want. That generates you a new order, applies your credit and gets you in line for processing and shipping all in one step. 

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. It is your responsibility to get the items back to us and remember that the post office as well as any shipping company are not error free so please use tracking and or insurance. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please do not return any sale items.

I didn't get my wig, the order says delivered. What can I do?

If an order is scanned as delivered to your address by the post office and you DID NOT choose Signature Confirmation at checkout,  Wigs For Every Woman is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after being scanned delivered. You will have to contact your local post office. Also, please make sure to enter your correct shipping address at checkout.

I won a prize from you but have not received it what can I do? 

Please call our customer service line at 518-775-7718 and let us know which prize you are waiting for. If prize has been sent and is lost or stolen we assume no responsibility for this. 

I changed my mind and don't want the wig, what can I do?

After an order is shipped ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not honor any exchanges or returns. No exceptions. 

If your order has not been shipped and you choose to cancel there will be a cancellation fee of $10 for administrative fees. 

 

What do I do with the lace?

With regular scissors, you cut off the excess lace. 

Can you dye or color treat the wigs? 

None of our products can be dyed or color treated. Please advise that doing so could ruin your wig product. 

 

What is the difference in your basic and luxury wigs? 

Our basic wig is a lace front machine made wig and our luxury styles are personally designed and manufactured by Heather Dye. The luxury collections are more lightweight and realistic.
